Extensive home renovation in the heart of Nelson

Below are some images of one of Welldesignz’s recently completed, extensive home renovation in Trafalger Square – the heart of Nelson, New Zealand.

This renovation required some major structural changes to the building. These were required to allow for the two level entry showers, and to provide a suitable space for open plan living.

This home renovation project was finished with some of the highest quality fittings and then tastefully decorated. It was an absolute pleasure to bring these plans to life for our client.

We met Nathan when we were renovating a 1950’s Nelson bungalow.

He project-managed the complete renovation, taking the house back to its original framework, reconfiguring rooms, building a new shower wet room and kitchen-diner.

In the second half of 2022, we commissioned WellDesignz Ltd to work with us to deliver an entirely new laundry in our home in Nelson. This included building construction, coordinating sub-contractors and arranging and installing cupboards, benchtop and new rimu door. Nathan Wells, principal of WellDesignz, project managed this work personally. The work was carried out to a high standard and met all our expectations within agreed timeframes. Welldesignz has just completed renovations – one bathroom being changed to a shower room/toilet and the other was my laundry changed to a bathroom/toilet. On meeting Nathan I immediately knew I could trust him to get the job done and he and his team did so with skill and detail. Both jobs were completed within the month.
